NP at your own risk. Wont take much more than a shoelace and bubblegum to get it running again. Probably just needs a battery and fluid changes.
Sadly, keeping it running wont be quite so simple.

If I could talk him down to anywhere under $1000, then NP. Even if the car turns out to be a basket case it'd be worth way more than that for parts.

Well, I did make out the 560SL on the trunk lid, if my old eyes don't deceive me. Makes sense anyway, the 450 was gone before '82.
